UPGRADE POLICY:
You will receive a Full Refund of the last payment from your existing Reliable package if the date of your upgrade is 2 weeks or less from your last payment, otherwise your service ending date for your existing Reliable package will expire at the end of it's 30-day period.
Step 1:
A cancel ticket must be submitted from http://reliablecontact.com/cancelresponder.htm if you wish to cancel an existing package. In the comments section type in "Upgrading to [NEW PACKAGE NAME i.e., CMS, Gold, etc..]" This is helpful for us to know you are canceling one service and beginning another.
Step 2:
A NEW subscription must be ordered for the package you are upgrading to by going to packages page at http://www.reliablecontact.com/packages.html and placing a new order for the service you wish to upgrade to. This will start a new subscription.
