UPGRADE POLICY:
You will receive a Full Refund of the last payment from your
existing Reliable package if the date of your upgrade is 2
weeks or less from your last payment, otherwise your service
ending date for your existing Reliable package will expire
at the end of it's 30-day period.
Step 1:
A cancel ticket must be submitted from
http://reliablecontact.com/cancelresponder.htm if you
wish to cancel an existing package. In the comments section
type in "Upgrading to [NEW PACKAGE NAME i.e., CMS, Gold,
etc..]" This is helpful for us to know you are canceling one
service and beginning another.
Step 2:
A NEW subscription must be ordered for the package you are
upgrading to by going to packages page at
http://reliablecontact.com/packages1.htm and placing a
new order for the service you wish to upgrade to. This will
start a new subscription.
ADVICE
Reliable Contact Autoresponder does NOT mail to AOL, Hotmail or MSN due to the large percentage of bounceback and rejections by these ISP's and Mail services. This protects the entire Reliable Contact mailing system and preserves it's integrity and system deliverability.
