How do I view my email messages?
Once you login to your autoresponder you will click on the top link*
Setup / Edit Autoresponder Message Sequence* Then click the GO
Button This is where your messages are stored.
Click the PREVIEW HTML link at the bottom of the second BIG box for
each message in the sequence
To see the leads in your autoresponder do
this
Login to your account Click on Export E-Mail List Data
Click on the first little round button List of all Active/Archived
emails in the system
Then click on the Export List button
You have 2 Campaigns if you have
a Gold or higher package including Automated Advertising System or
Complete Marketing System. When you login you are in the "Parent"
campaign. To see the other campaign Scroll to the bottom of the page
and click the GO button on the left side The second campaign known
as campaign2 operates the same as the parent campaign
How can I see my email sent report?
Step #1 - Login to your autoresponder
Step #2 - Go to Generate Report and Signup Forms.... then.... Click
on Generate Report (about your list)
Step #3 - Click on Generate a report on your messages sent
Step #4 - Autoresponder Statistics (you will leave the fields blank
if you want to view all messages sent)
Click on the SUBMIT button. This will give you the information you
are looking for Traffic Summary Report
Please go here to see the people that have
read your letters
Login to your account
Click the Message tracking link on the right side near the bottom
Click the view report link
Click the numbers on the right that will show you a list of people
that has opened your letters
When are my leads loaded? Leads
are loaded
3 - 5 days for new accounts and 2 -3 days after recurring payments
are received
